EXNOVO Hospitality was commissioned by the owners of the Hotel Es Príncep to provide the SkilledGuest service. The aim was to detect all the areas for improvement that could appear during the client’s stay, observed from the point of view of an active professional in the sector with knowledge of the sector. The conclusions were summarised in a complete report divided into different sections to provide a clear overview of the experience. The report was complemented with graphic and multimedia material to illustrate the situations.

TEMBO · Barcelona

TEMBO Barcelona is one of the iconic buildings on Barcelona’s new seafront (located in the Forum Barcelona area). The building’s owners and their representatives trusted the EXNOVO Hospitality team of consultants to conceptualise the accommodation and catering, position the business and draw up its strategic plan. The work consisted of monitoring all aspects prior to opening with the client while the construction work progressed. The collaboration lasted 18 months.

Hotel S’Agaró · Girona

EXNOVO HOSPITALITY has advised the company HOTEL DE LA PLAYA SA, owner of the S’Agaró Hotel, in the transition to the new management of the hotel, and has developed a strategy to reposition the asset, optimising the operation of the business in the areas of accommodation, catering, revenue and marketing.

Mas Terrats · Girona

EXNOVO HOSPITALITY has carried out a preliminary study of the situation of the Mas Terrats Estate in the province of Girona and has concentrated its efforts on two lines of action.

On the one hand, it has carried out a patrimonial study of the company, advising the partners on the most appropriate formulas to exploit the asset. On the other hand, it has drawn up a 5-year strategic plan to capture other business segments that allow diversifying and increasing the income of a space that until now was dedicated exclusively to weekend rentals.

Among the different services that the EXNOVO HOSPITALITY team has carried out, we highlight the definition of procedures to optimize the time in the response to requests, search for talent to join the team and market study of the MICE sector for this type of venues.

The EXNOVO HOSPITALITY team, led by Albert Labastida, has not only drawn up the strategic plan for the next 5 years, but is currently developing it with the team they have formed. EXNOVO HOSPITALITY has been commissioned by the Escoles Garbí-Pere Vergés Foundation to evaluate its canteen service (preparation and service) in the two centres in Barcelona. For more than 6 weeks we have been evaluating the entire purchasing, production and service process to detect areas for improvement and propose them to the client.

Thanks to the conclusions of the study, we have been able to make the right decisions to optimize and improve the canteen service at our centers.
